was developed in order to give a place to friends, near and far, those who happen to be passing by and their hearts desire to help, people with a big heart who want to share knowledge, international connections and unique experience, share the goal of mutual guarantee, to be there in real time and after it and are a force multiplier. The aid envelopes of "Friends of Rescuers" do not replace professional and government search and rescue bodies, but rather assist in dealing with them with the help of the association's staff and about 120 professionals with relevant military and civilian experience who work on a voluntary basis.
