Accompanying families

As a point of departure and the identity of the organization, it acts on behalf of and at the invitation of the families, based on open dialogue, the definition of immediate needs, a listening ear, assistance in making decisions and methods of action together with friends and family. The envelope team is at the disposal of the family all along the way while working in a coordinated way of mutual leverage between the people in contact with the family and the team that is engaged in promoting the search and rescue tasks in the field with the possibility of setting up a rescue center near the family's home. In an emergency, the welfare of the rescuer and his family are the top priority.
